Ms. Carraghan is the Senior Contract Administrator and Controller for Marino Corporation. Prior to Marino Corporation, Ms. Carraghan was the Contract Administrator of Trinity Paving Company.

During her 7-year tenure with the former company, Ms. Carraghan worked in all areas of finance and administration. Ms. Carraghan has over 20 years of specialized experience in accounting and contract administration working with a general contractor and a fuel oil distributor.

Ms. Carraghan is responsible for all aspects of accounting and risk management. She also supervises the administration of contracts.

Elsie is married and enjoys her family, friends and travel. She is very active as a Deacon at her church,. as well as with community services.
