Mr. Gaffney is Marino Corporation’s Estimator and Contract Administrator. He works in the critical areas of estimating/project takeoff and subcontract administration.

Prior to Marino Corporation, Mr. Gaffney was the Estimating and Administrative Assistant for the Site Development Division of Trinity Paving Company.

Mr. Gaffney also gained valuable field experience with Marbro Paving & Construction from 1993 until 1995, working as a project foreman.

Paul holds a B.A. in Communications from Villanova University. He is married to Kristen and has two children. In addition to enjoying time with his family and friends, Mr. Gaffney is interested in baseball, fishing, golf, reading and travel.
