| As COO, he is responsible for
safe and efficient completion of all company projects.
Prior to the founding of Marino Corporation, he worked at
Trinity Paving Company. During his tenure there, he served
in various capacities including Equipment Superintendent,
Field Superintendent, Operations/Logistics Manager, Estimator
and finally Director of Sales and Marketing.
Prior to entering the construction field, Mr. Marino served
for five years in the US Marine Corps as an infantry officer.
Upon leaving active duty in 1989, he joined the reconnaissance
company based in Frederick, MD. The unit was mobilized and
deployed to Saudi Arabia and participated in the liberation
of Kuwait during the first Persian Gulf War. Mr. Marino left
the reserves in 1995 with the rank of Major.
Rich holds BS degrees in Political Science and Sociology
from Villanova University. He is married to Margrit and has
four children. He is active in youth baseball, is a loyal
Phillies and NASCAR fan and enjoys reading and golf.
