Mr. Gette is the general superintendent of the company.  As general superintendent Aaron oversees the coordination of schedules and field operations. Working directly with field personal and office staff he insures a safe and timely completion of projects. He has over 17 years of experience in the construction field with a strong background in paving.

His career began as paving labor with Trinity Paving holding the titles of Site Superintendent and Paving Superintendent along the way. His reputation for a strong work ethic and attention to detail has helped Aaron advance throughout his career.

Aaron is a father of two children, Ryan and Addison. In his time away from work he enjoys camping, fishing and golf.
