TD Bank of Skippack

This was a site work project for Clemens Construction Company that started in mid December 2003. It had a fast track schedule and was completed for a grand opening on May 1, 2004. The location is the NW corner of Routes 73 and 113. Also, this project included extensive highway improvements to the total intersection. This work included storm drainage, road widening, milling and HMA overlay. Darren Peters was project manager for Clemens Construction and Commerce Bank was represented by Steve Smith. Project value $1,200,000.000.
