Trinity Paving Company

After 30+ years of incredible leadership for Trinity, Samuel chose to step down in order for one of his sons, Ric, to take on the new role. Ric had been working full-time for his father since the first year of the company when he turned 18 while also attending Pierce Business School. He enlisted in the Army, and then returned to working full-time for his father after. In between his service for the country and his leadership at Trinity, he was attending Villanova University’s night-school program after his full day of work. He took on the President and CEO role with a new found determination and knowledge, and truly transformed the business into something really special.
