Borough of Lansdale: Microsurfacing

In 2026, Marino Corporation was the prime contractor for the Borough of Lansdale in PA, and was hired for asphalt milling, pot-hole filling, crack sealing, and full coverage Microsurfacing of a residential neighborhood. Off of E. Handcock Rd., we had done from Willow St. all the way up Cherry St. on to Cedar St., and all 4 other parallel roads, along with 2 cross roads within. As well as many parts of E. Handcock Rd. and across the way on both Pennbrook Ave. and Highland Ave.

This was over a 3 week span of work.

To do this type of work we only close each road for a day, and work section by section to accommodate each resident as best as we can. We use door-hanger information notices to put on every front door in the affected area to warn about what days are scheduled for which street. The only day driving on the road isn't permitted is on the day of the microsurfacing.
